As self-employed our Independent Professional Companions set their own rates of pay starting from £19.95 to £25 per hour, depending on the task. Some tasks such as cleaning a house where the client has hoarding tendencies, may be charged more. Our services are completely free of charge to you as we get our payments from the Independent Professional Companion. We charge the Independent Professional Companion 15% of their hourly rate as our commission for introducing you to them. Their fees are structured to reflect the quality of service they provide and the expertise of our team. For a rough estimate of how much your required service will cost, please use our calculator. Fees do not include, in some cases, the cost of equipment necessary to complete the job, for example, cleaning products are to be provided by the customer in order to maintain the use of the same cleaning products in the home. Should you ask your Independent Professional Companion to buy the products on your behalf, you will be required to reimburse them the money. For more tailored, recurring services or bulk booking pricing, please contact us and we will be delighted to help you with your requirements. We will always discuss any additional fees upfront and seek your approval before proceeding.
Payment Terms: We accept online, debit/credit card and direct debit payments. Payment terms will be outlined in your contract or terms and conditions, including invoicing frequency and due dates. We do not accept payments in cash.
